I went to Advanced Security settings for Microsoft Office Folder and it said that me as administrator/my name has full control permission. All other non-Microsoft software except Office are working fine. Update: In Office 2016, word or excel will not let me save a new document into my document folder because I don't have permission. I looked up the word and excel documents properties and they all have the full control enabled under administrator/my name. I created with Office 2013 because I keep getting a message that I don't have access privileges. Also I am unable to open any word documents I have a couple of excel documents I created in Office 20 Excel said it could not find the excel documents. After installing the ssd drive, I installed Office 2016 Home and Student edition. I used a cloning software to make an copy of the hard drive to I recently replaced the hard drive with a new ssd drive. I removed the Office 2013 as it expired from the hard drive.
